MPALC is one of the test facilities Medical Personnel. His staff position can be recognized by the presence of two colors; Pale yellow for his body and a light brown for markings, ear tips, hands and feet. He was also seen wearing a bright blue wig with a yellow stripe.
Involvement with other characters[]
He first appeared towards the end of the animation in comic 116], being called over by TSBLZ. The next few updates had him checking TS1, and writing a prescription for a UPS device and giving directions to head to Storage. This location also happened to be TS1's current objective.
